Kitti... I never bothered to notice before, but when I sign in to DW, my browser address automatically logs in to cyberdiet. Even when I manually type in dietwatch.com. Is there a way around that?

good question. mine did that too, and i finally changed it. changed my password and log in through my browser. i'll ask tech support if they have any suggestions, and will get back to you on that.

worked for me from the beginning - using internet explorer.

but i had to go back and change my internet home page settings about six months ago - i have DW as my homepage, and i realized at one point that i was auto logging in to the old cyberdiet/dietwatch site, instead of directly to dietwatch.com. when i changed to dietwatch.com, the funny linking thing stopped happening - and now i go straight there.

hello everyone.

we are still trying to figure out why this happens - the suggestion has been that for some reason, you are logged into cyber diet rather than dietwatch.

would someone please try to log out, and then log into www.dietwatch.com (http://www.dietwatch.com), and then use the link on the fitness page? it isn't an issue with me, or with our support team when we try the link, so we are thinking that for some reason you are defaulting to the old cyber diet site instead of the dietwatch site.

would someone please lend me a hand with this so we can see if it solves the problem? cj or sheridan - can you please give this a try?

Doesn't work for me either. Tried the link...log in screen....main menu....community ....hit fitness achiever....back to log in screen and so it goes :(

go to the fitness page, and click on the fitness achiever link. a copy is above. i tried it and didn't have any problems, but will report anyway. thx for head's up. not sure why this won't work for you yet it works for me, but will get back to you on sunday.
