Well, the end of last week took a couple of interesting turns --

managed 2 hrs of outside fun with the family. I love outside fun with the family! But, didn't manage to get that last 0:45, so:

240/285 = 84% ish.

I think I'll drop out of challenges for a bit. They seem to make my life go flukey. Back to concentrating on myself for a bit. Then I'll join you again.

WTG, Liz! You've *definitely* kicked it up a notch ... and you're a woman of different habits than you were when you came back: making the gym a priority!

I've filled out my quota with 20 minutes of yoga ... which were definitely well-received by my legs after today's long run on cambered asphalt!

501/500=100%

i got to the gym, despite the nearly nuclear force attraction that my butt had for the couch. i warmed up for 30 mins on the stair climber. upper body lifted for 30 mins. went to elliptical for an hour and the machines were full. *&^%$'s. so i stair climbed for 15 mins and THEN did an hour on the elliptical. that gets me 2 hrs and 15 mins for today. whoop whoop whoop.

450/420= 107%

go team ibex!!

75 minutes of an invigorating outdoor run. 481/500=96%. I do 20 minutes of *something* to round it out before the end of the day.

i got 45 mins yesterday of v challenging spin class. i did lots of outside work since we had SUCH a pretty day. even started a couple tomato plants! but i'm not counting gardening minutes.

i am going to the gym shortly to get 1.5-2 hrs in. i'm currently at 315 mins so...

315/420=75%

more later, taters!

After resting on Friday, I did the Cheetah Herder's Snow Joke Half Maraton. Finished in 2;06, slower than my P.R., but pretty good, I think considering that I got some sort of stomach ick on Friday. My new minute total is: 356/310 or over 100% :-) This is good, because I might rest tomorrow too!

Way to go, Mara! Glad the weather permitted the drive, and that you had a good race.

And a rest day after a half-marathon is well-deserved!

I got in a 20-minute warmup before a 55-minuted BodyFlow class, followed by a 55-minute BodyPump class, so I'm at 406/500=81%.

fightingit - 45/60=75%
maram - 356/310=115% [or 100%]
MsBIA - 501/500=100%
skeoke - 120/285=42%
skern922 - 300/300=100%
sphynx64 - 270/270=100%

(Note: Nora is wonderful about updating the summary every time someone adds minutes on the current post, but I'm not quite so diligent ... all minutes added to this thread will be updated for TOMORROW's post. :) )
