Hello there,

I'm doing pretty well today...got off work early which is a good thing. But, the reason I got off work early was to go to the dentist for a 'deep' cleaning, yuck and ouch! Oh, well I'll get over it!
Exercise for the day will be a 45 minute power walk and some stretching and crunches.
My favorite place to walk is anywhere outside, but my favorite is in the woods.
