I'm glad you appreciated it, Iceman. Actually I have coached a couple of things in my life... LOL! I coached T-Ball until I tripped over the Tee and ended up on crutches (are you laughing????) .... and also coached a traveling Bible Quiz team of teenagers at church. We were #2 in the midwest district!!!

Don't procrasticate. Don't think there's still time. Don't wait until tomorrow. Take charge of your life and your eating habits today! Make every day count. Give yourself an attitude adjustment with a kick-butt determination and you'll go far!

Any special plans today? Just my usual with a pet case, work, take Brooklynn to school, and then concentrating on increasing my step total and watching my food intake.
