Gee, Iceman (last to hit the sack) went to bed a whole 4 hours after I did. You are quite the night owl! Of course I do realize you're 3 hours behind me in time zone.

Good Night Folks...This big dog's tired and headin' for bed.
I ate 2 slices of low carb wheat bread [6 carb per slice] tonight and didn't spike my blood sugar as high as I thought it would go. It was 105 an hour after dinner, 94 2 hr. past...I walked it down to 66 and it should be coming back up now after taking a 14uL shot at 10 pm.
Take Care & Good Night.......

It's about 12:30 a.m. here in Fort Wayne and I'm headed to bed. I'm not real sleepy but I know I'll be getting up early to take my granddaughter to school. I'm starting my days earlier so getting to bed earlier, too. That's really my preference. I feel I get more things accomplished earlier in the morning.
Sleep well, friends. I look forward to chatting with you all tomorrow. Thanks for being here today.

When you're ready to shut down your computer and leave the board for the night, this is the place to drop back by to say goodnight to your cyberfamily.
