I don't blame you at all, Iceman. How does the saying go, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it?!"

I think I'm gonna start looking locally for a couple of them for prices and might give one or two a try. No promises.

This brings up an interesting question for me. Since I seem to be cruising fairly smoothly at the moment on insulin, diet and exercise...do I want to start altering the chemical balance I have right now...???

I've bookmarked the site under diabetes\aleternative and will ponder the possibilities.

What do you gals think..??

I sorta got a gut feeling about cinammon and all the other natural remedies that while they might help they won't be the ultimate answer until I'm at least at goal weight and off inuslin. When that happens I will probably be casting around for anything that will give me an edge and may be a lot more curious. Right now I'm just gonna keep my tool collection simple and concentrate on results.

I just came across this web site while looking for additional info on the Sweet Potato Extract and thought it had some interesting reading about alternative ways of lowering BS. I know some people have difficulty with medications and perhaps they could gain some insight here:
