Lunch - dinner salad with shrimp and ranch dressing

Dinner - beanless chili (yummmmmm)

Snack - sugar free jello

Bedtime snack - 1 sugar free chocolate bar

Finished up the day with 995 calories:

7:30 a.m. ~ 1 cup Multi-Grain Cheerios with 2/3 cup 1% milk

11 a.m. ~ 1 sugar free jello cup

12 noon ~ small cupcake (a student's birthday)

1:30 p.m. ~ Healthy Choice Entree of Lemon Peppered Fish and rice pilaf, with a side of broccoli and apple cherry dessert

5:30 p.m. ~ 4 oz. Italian Chicken Steak, 1 medium tomato

7:30 p.m. ~ 2 1/2 cups watermelon chunks

8:30 p.m. ~ 12 marinated whole mushrooms and 1 Tablespoon cocktail sauce

10:30 p.m. ~ 1 can green beans

0650 Breakfast: 1/2 cup Second Nature "Eggs" scrambled in butter, 2 large fresh strawberries. [6 carbs]

1000 Liquidation: 33.8 ox. water.

1205 Lunch: 1/2 cup tuna salad n' sprouts, 3 15/21 blanched shrimp, 1 slice sharp cheddar cheese, 3/4 cup deluxe veggie delight, 1/3 can green beans, 1 container (92g) sugar free jello. [12 carbs]

1500 Liquidation: 33.8 oz. water.

1805 Dinner: 1 Oscar Meyer Cheese Dog, 1/2 cup tuna salad n' sprouts, 1 can aparagas, 2 large fresh strawberrys. [12 carbs]
