yeah they are 1mg of ativan. Yeah they gave it to me for sleep. It usually works great, but I still couldn't sleep last night...I sure could now though! Yeah the ingredients in benadryl is the same as a sleeping pill.

Sorry you had difficulty sleeping, Deb. Are those 1 mg doses of Ativan? Is that what the doc ordered for sleep? I can just take 2 capsules of generic form of benadryl over the counter and it helps me get to sleep.

I can't sleep again. It is 1:00 here and I am wide awake, even after 2 ativan. Hope that I can sleep real soon.

Good Evening Friends...My legs are sore and I am tired. Been a good 3 day weekend but it's back to work tomorrow...I still can't believe I retired at the age of 50 and never missed a day's work and now the IRS rakes me over the coals every year due to the extra income.

well going to say good night been a good day gots of things done, but lots that still need doing, now if i could have tomorrow off continue were i left of, that would be great but it won't work that way.

It's midnight here and I'm going to force myself to go to bed. I dozed a bit through some of my TV shows tonight so it's a good thing I taped them. I can watch them in their entirity later.
