Breakfast ~ 2 fried eggs, 3 sausage links and 1 cup low carb milk (not soy!)

Lunch ~ Tuna salad on pork rinds

Dinner ~ Turkey soup and a slice of turkey breast with sour cream

Snack ~ 1 sugar free jello cup with real whipped topping

Bed time snack ~ 1 sugar free chocolate bar

0710 Break: 2 fried eggs, 2 strips bacon, 1/4 cup deluxe veggie combo. [6 carbs]

1000 Liquid: 33.8 oz water.

1205 Lunch: 1/4 cup tuna salad w/ dill relish, 5 med. (15-21) shrimp, 2 ham n' cheese rollups, 6 spears asparagas. [8 carbs]

1500 Liquid: 33.8 oz. water.

1810 Dinner: 8 oz. ribeye - med. rare, 10 asparagas spears. [8 carbs.]

It's going to be a long day. I kept feeling sick at work and thought eating might make me feel better. Maybe it was those chocolate covered turtles I had earlier just not agreeing with me anymore!

Okay - I'm finally done stuffing my face at 1008 calories:

1:15 a.m. ~ Papaya fruit gel cup

1:45 a.m. ~ 3/4 oz. Pepperidge Farms Goldfish Cheddar Crackers

2:30 a.m. ~ 1 sugar free jello cup

3 a.m. ~ 4 oz. Light'n Fit fat free yogurt

3:30 a.m. ~ 3/4 oz. Goldfish Cheddar Crackers

4:30 a.m. ~ Cottage Cheese Double with Pineapple

7:45 a.m. ~ 1 cup Special K with Strawberries Cereal and 2/3 cup 1% milk

12:30 p.m. ~ Campbell's Soup At Hand Chicken & Stars

4 p.m. ~ 4 oz. Italian Chicken Steak

5 p.m. ~ 1 can green beans

5:30 p.m. ~ 1 chocolate covered turtle

10:30 p.m. ~ 4 oz. diced peaches
