Since I faltered to some candy today, I'm cutting off the food NOW as I go off to work. I had 1058 calories today. Here's my menu eaten today:
12 noon ~ 1 cup Multi-Grain Cheerios with 2/3 cup 1% milk
2:15 p.m. ~ Banquet Select Menu Pot Roast Meal with sliced beef and few carrots side of mashed potatoes & gravy, and a side of green beans
4 p.m. ~ BS was low. Had 1/8 cup Trail Mix (nuts, raisins, 1 M & M)
4:25 p.m. ~ about 3 oz. roast beef
6 p.m. ~ Deli ham sandwich with 4 slices ham between 2 slices bread, and mustard
7 p.m. ~ 1 sugar free jello cup, and 1 medium tomato
8:15 p.m. ~ 4 oz. lite mixed fruit cup
9:30 p.m. ~ 2 chocolate covered turtles
