Well --- they came! Now just to wait to see if an offer comes in. I'm not holding my breath on that since I don't want to be disappointed.

I have to go out at 2:30 p.m. to take my daughter to the doctor so I figured I'll just stay out until after the showing. I tred out to the car to brush it off and my right arm is aching. Can't lift do anything heavy with that arm. I first put on shoes and then after getting onto the porch decided this is a BOOT journey!

My son shoveled at 6 a.m. but you'd never know it now. Just another couple of inches and all should be done by 6 p.m., they say.

If i were you i would tell them to come and see the place but i have no intention on leaving just so you can show the place not in this weather. I am sure you can managed to stay out of the way, but this is no weather for any person in their right mine to be out in.

good luck

Can you believe it???? This town is almost at a standstill because of the snow and someone wants to come see my house???? Just when I was hoping NOT to have to leave the house.

Well, if there's a realtor and a potential buyer that want to see it, I'll go somewhere so they can come in!! I hope for all my effort that an offer comes with it! LOL.
