Mygoals were to be more consitent with my exercise and to stick to my diet. this last week I managed the exercise but not the diet. February will also be a challenging month workwise but do plan to take it a step at a time and a day at a time.

One of my goals was to weigh less than 170 and I did meet that goal. I forgot the others???

Well so far were batting a thousand for not followling though, just been one of those months. i am thinking about what i want to accomplish in Feb.

How have you been doing? Have you remembered to focus on them? We're nearing the end of the month, so keep trying. (And also thinking about what changes you might designate for NEXT month!)

I've been accomlishing mine 100% And feeling good about that.
