I think I've only had lobster about 4 times in my life. Next time I'll try it with the lemon before I go for the butter!

I can eat it plain, or raw, or just about any way I can get it....I really like with lemon and tabasco sauce tho.

Nutrition studies show that 3 1/2 ounces of lobster meat (without the butter) contains only 90 calories, compared to 163 calories for the same amount of chicken and 280 calories for sirloin steak.
Lobster also contains omega-3 fatty acids, the "good" cholesterol that seems to reduce hardening of the arteries and decrease the risk of heart attacks. It's the butter, Mayonnaise and Stuffing that make it less healthy!
But who can eat it plain??????? Pass the melted butter, please.
