Sometimes you just have to get tough on them. Obviously at least one of the girls is still troubled and needs to face the music. Let's hope it's not just a slap on the hands. Chances are that's what she got last time which is why she's still using and abusing. She'll likely need some stern and structured therapy or punishment.

It's sad though, that there are children that young, or any age for that matter, that have been exposed to alcohol and drugs. And the fact that many peers will think it's "cool" will only make the problem spread.

I hope there's somehow a happy ending for all those girls..... even if it's a tough learning process they must endure first.

Oh Aggiette how very sad,

But thankfully they were noticed and it was stopped so hopefully they will learn a lesson and the other students will think twice.

This makes me so sad....

We had a sub this morning doing early morning duty in our lunchroom. She just happened to notice 3 girls in the corner acting strange. One opened her purse and pulled out a small clear bottle and handed it to one of the other girls. Then the girl opened the bottle and drank the liquid. The sub noticed a very shocked expression on her face after she drank the liquid......which turned out to be Vodka. They were sent to the office and our principal called the police. They were arrested, handcuffed and carried away. One of the girls was on probation for bringing pot to school last year.

The girl who drank the Vodka is in 5th grade and the other two are in 6th grade.

I am broked hearted.
