0550 Breakfast: 1/2 slice wheatberry bread w/ butter, 2 oz. smoked sausage. [10 carbs]
1000 Snack: 33.8 Oz. water.
1200 Lunch: 4 Oz. cold smoked chicken, 4 blanced tiger prawns, 1 can drained asparagas w/ parmasean cheese. [10 carbs]
1500 Snack: 33.8 Oz. water.
1800 Dinner: 8 oz. ribeye steak, 1/2 cup green beans n' ketchup. 2 Ritz crackers n' cheese (1 slice american). [9 carbs]

I'm just getting started for the day but I'll clue you in now that I sure seem to have the munchies today! I'm home from work and school with a snow day, and my house is cleaned up - what's there to do? Maybe I'll eat!! Grrrr. Gotta find some alternative activities --- maybe some exercise?
Here's what I've had today .... tried hard to hold onto that willpower and maintained at 988 calories and 143 carbs:
10 a.m. ~ 1 cup Cheerios with Strawberries Cereal and 2/3 cup 1% milk
12:30 p.m. ~ 3/4 cup peas with onions
1:15 p.m. ~ 1/2 cup Southwestern Egg Beaters with 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms made into an omelet
3:15 p.m. ~ Healthy Choice Entree of Grilled White Meat Chicken & Pasta with few pieces of broccoli and carrots
4:45 p.m. ~ 3 cups mixed lettuce salad with 1 Tablespoon salad dressing
5 p.m. ~ 1 small banana
6:15 p.m. ~ 1 no-sugar added fruit gel cup with mandarin oranges
7:30 p.m. ~ 15 pickle slices with dash of artificial sweetener
8 p.m. ~ 4 oz. Italian Chicken Steak
8:45 p.m. ~ A no sugar added Creamsicle
10:15 p.m. ~ 4 oz. Light'n Fit fat free strawberry yogurt
