Good Morning!!!

It is 25° and cloudy. We are suppose to get more snow today...like we need it..it is already about 13" deep. This is way more than normal...and I know it is worse for you IceMan.. http://boards.dietwatch.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

I have to go to counseling today, so hope that I can get out of my driveway. Josh says the hwy isn't bad, just packed snow.

My brother is having brain surgery today at 1 pacific time...if you think of it could you please say a prayer for him??? He is pretty scared! I will be at the hospital for the afternoon...after counseling.

That means that I have to drive about 200 miles today.

Morning it's 37 right now with a high of near 70 expected.. Id' trade weather with you any day! I hate this .. it's January it should be cold.

Did my first lo carb day yesterday and aside from the caffeine withdrawl feel good. I had about 1600 calories which is way less than usual. I posted my menu in the thread.

Today Eric has duty so we'll just hang out at home .. I do need to go to the commissary and take Eric his lunch and dinner.(he's doing the PP with me)

At 7:30 a.m. on a day for me to sleep in.... and it's still dark out.... some idiot calls and asks about my notary service. Dang. I had enough trouble sleeping for other reasons.

Any special plans today? I'm headed to the doc's office and then to my daughter's to go over a few things with her "new" used computer. This is her first one! I also need to go to grocery to add to my menu list. Looking for some different foods for more variety.

It's rainy here. Hope it's not changing to snow later. What's your weather like today?
