I'd rather see an Exercise Challenge of sorts get started HERE rather than sending everyone off to another board. Kudos are the walking effort. My physical activity is a wee bit challenged with my tailbone fracture. It did hurt a bit less tonight though!

P.S. ~ Exercise was actually something I had hoped to start emphasizing here on the board in another week or two, but was giving people time to maybe start getting in the habit of joining us for the Menu Accountability Postings first.

Other boards do it, a lot of places do it, we can do it too. Did you move at all today. Movement = Exercise = Calories Burned = Possible Weight Loss = Less Insulin Resistance = A Win-Win Situation. If you did somehing, anything, and want to document the fact that you did...do it here.

The 100#+ board is staring a new fitness challenge on Monday...if you want to be part of it log the board and post your name. JavaGG has a site set up with a cool table and will update totals weekly.
