Well, I've packed me a lunch to take to work with 3 items to space out over the shift.... an apple, a light fat free yogurt, and a boiled egg. I hope it holds me. They have a kitchen there I could raid so I need to use the ol' willpower tonight. I usually get soooo hungry when I work there. LOL.

I won't be here to ring in the New Year at midnight, so I hope everyone is staying sober, eating healthy, and having a good time!

I'm going to be up all day today and eating, but I don't get to sleep tonight. Will be off and working all night --- also getting hungry at times. Will have to budget calories over a whole 24 hour period or longer!

I've decided I will end today's menu right before I go to work and anything eaten after that will go on tomorrow's. Hopefully I can sleep a few hours tomorrow during the day to have time to avoid hunger and be away from the food!

A few years ago I had worked nights for about 14 years and never worried about a timetable. If I was hungry, I ate - 24 hours around the clock. That's part of the reason for my eventual weight gain. Now I work nights just now and then.
