Good Evening Friends -- One more time I had a good day. No blood sugar events, anyway, that's one thing to be thankful for.

I bumped my walkin' distance by 1/2 a mile today and I AM sore tonight..I'm gonna get on the floor and stretch before I go to bed...need to get the kinks out before walktime tomorrow...

My oldest daughter turned me onto Quicken and I've never looked back. I update my accounts daily by direct internet download from my bank so I'm always balanced. I haven't wrote a check, licked a stamp or carried bills to the post office for a couple of years now...I pay the bills online...plus I can cross over to QuickBooks for our business account.

MsH, a BIG HIGH FIVE on your renewed plan for diet and blood sugar control and thanks for the shopping list. Eugenias, you keep coming back and sharing with us, good things will happen for you if you really want them too. Thanks yep there will be little food tomorrow which is really a good thing in the long run.

This tooth is the last one i needed to have pulled, I had to get my regular dentist to grind it down a couple of weeks ago because a piece came out and had sharp edges, so it willbe good to have it out finally.
this will finish the list and a half he gaave me 3 years ago, i will finally be done except for 4 cleaning a year, and anything that happens now will be caught in the beginning stages. I am so tired of that chair. http://boards.dietwatch.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

I have done that with the check book given myself 100 extra, and how nothing bounced i will never know, I did a statement and thats when i discovered my error, which reminds me i have a statement i need todo too.

At least you hadn't mailed them out yet, so your lucky.

Take it easy, and sleep tight.

I bet you'll be eating less tomorrow, too, Eugenia! Sorry for ya on that tooth. Ouch!

I managed to get my checkbook balanced tonight and discovered I had given myself credit for $110 that I didn't have. **sigh** I sat down and got my bills paid, but not off into the mail yet.

I'm gonna be trying to get to sleep shortly so I won't be tempted to eat anymore today!! I need a good night's sleep tonight since I'm working 3rd shift tomorrow night.

Mine was mostly doing laundry it got ahead of me again, and so did the dishes, but there still sitting and waiting.

Tomorrow i am having a tooth pulled so will be asleep for it, and the best part is coming home and getting to sleep most of the day away. except when hubby comes in and wakes me so the guaze can be changed.

If i was real motivated i would do dishes, will continue tothink on that one.

lol

have a nice evening

How was your day? Mine was great because I've re-committed to documenting my food intake and start eating healthier and more in line to lose weight and control my sugars. I'm excited!

I had a new client interview today and one pet case. Scooping the litter box made me scream out in pain and my back hurt for 2 hours. I went to the grocery (slow waddle - kinda like the new mother walk) and stocked up on my food needs. Also got called to rescue my son and his stalled vehicle. It wouldn't take a jump so we had to call a tow truck.

I'm looking forward to tonight's Menu Accountability posts! I hope you'll all join me in posting everything you ate or drank today that had any calories. Watch for that post later tonight.
