0600 B: 1 slice whole wheat toast /w butter & peanut butter, 1 clementine
1200 L: Open face egg/tuna salad w/ light mayo & 1 slice american cheese on whole wheat toast. 6 boiled tiger prawns, 1/2 can asparagas, 1 red delicious apple (peeled)
1815 D: Swift premium sausage (4 silver dollar patties) san on whole wheat w/ 1 slice american cheese, 1/2 can asparagas, 8 oz ManMilk.

My calories were not as high as I wanted them, but I'll try to do better tomorrow to get them into a healthier range. I wasn't gonna chow down something more just to get the desired calories. My eating plan won't always be on target and it'll vary from day to day. Hopefully I'll have excellent days mixed in with the not so good days..... just as you will. Here's my first day at cutting back:
11:05 a.m. ~ A 4.3 oz. Dole No Sugar Added Fruit Gel Bowl
2:45 p.m. ~ Lean Cuisine "Chicken With Almonds" Entree (included rice and veggies, too)
6 p.m. ~ 3 cups mixed lettuce salad (w/ carrots and red cabbage) and 1 tablespoon "Just 2 Good" salad dressing
7:20 p.m. ~ 1 large Golden Delicious Apple
8:30 p.m. ~ 6 oz. light fat free strawberry yogurt, and 2 Ball Park fat free Smoked White Turkey Franks with 1 tablespoon catsup
10:20 p.m. ~ 1 can green beans (3 1/2 servings) with 1 tablespoon catsup
My total calories were a mere 755 (striving for 800-1200....1500 max) and carbs were 141, fats were 6 grams.

We did this once upon a time long ago and I thought it would be a good time to bring it back. Here's how it works: When you are completely done eating for the day, come to this daily post to list all food and beverage items (that contain any amount of calories) that you've consumed that day.
If you're sure you're done eating for the day, feel free to initiate this post if it's not already up on the board. The first person can get it initiated for the rest of us (Just be sure to change the day of the week! LOL!)
Whether you track and mark down the times you eat, the amounts, the calories, carbs, etc..... is all optional. Some of you may be up to only marking down the food at this time. It's YOUR record and documentation, so feel free to make it to what suits you!
And kudos for giving this new nightly feature a try! I'm hoping it'll help you in your willpower and motivation to stay on track a little better and create some better habits. Good luck!
