Hi libba, the last time I checked, there was NO ONE checking in on the board at Cyberdiet. I made some posts for those that don't have access to our new board at Dietwatch yet.

We're expecting temps 10-20 degrees below normal for the next week or two. Very discouraging for those of us that are sooooo anxious for Spring weather!

I hope you're having a good day so far. I'm just getting ready to go swim-suit shopping. Now THAT'S a potentially depressing activity!

Did I check in at Cyberdiet? Oh, well. Weather here has perked up. Sun shining and not too chilly. Around 40.

We got a dusting of snow and have dreary skies this morning. I woke up with a headache again several times during the night. I think I'll look for that new carbon monoxide detector. With a new furnace, ya never know. Maybe a defect. Not really getting off to the best day!

***reaching for my Diet Dew*** Just 2 days until weigh in! Stay mindful of your eating this weekend. We don't want to just spend time talking about WANTING to lose weight, we want to put those thoughts and words into action and LOSE that weight!!!

Unload the excuses, quit the procrastination, and start moving forward!!!! You CAN do it, but you've got to really make the effort. It won't happen if YOU don't change your habits.

Happy Saturday! Make today count.
