Making and posting weekend goals can help you have a more successful weekend knowing you got some important tasks accomplished. You can make as many or as few as you like, but I would hope at least some of them would be health-related. Print out your list and keep it in a handy visible location and check off your tasks as you get them completed. Have a great weekend!
Here's mine for this weekend, March 1 & 2:
1 - Work on taxes and finanacial aid forms for college for my son
2 - Continue cleaning and sorting in preparation for selling this house and moving
3 - Check that BS daily
4 - Write down my food intake....ALL of it!
