Miss Hattie, I sure do http://boards.dietwatch.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif I follow the American Diabetes Association Diet actually. I use the Food Mover to track it, but do an exchange program. I feel so much better when I eat this way. I came to you last year about this time and got some information from you and Wars-Angel I believe it was. I started following Food Mover around May-June and lost about 35# until holiday time. I've been maintaining it ever since and have to get SERIOUS again http://boards.dietwatch.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_frown.gif. This is the first time ever in my life I have lost weight at a steady pace though. So, it must be the program that was meant for me! I always said we should all eat as if we were Diabetic and we would all be a lot healthier. Finally I listened to myself, it pays to practice what we preach...LOL!!!

Hello Anna and Eugenias!! Glad you found your way in.
Penny, I didn't realize how often you browsed on our board. It lightens my heart to know that! As always, you're certainly welcome any time.

Hi Miss Hattie...
I had to pop in here to say Hi to you too. A day rarely goes by that I don't visit your board and I don't expect that to change here.
It is wonderful to come to a new home and see the table set and waiting for us. Very neat, but after four plus years seeing the red white and blue I was ready for a change http://boards.dietwatch.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif
You have a great one & Hi to all our new friends here & those who will be coming over from Cyberdiet too. ~ Penny

Are you finding your way around?
Hi, Miss Hattie. I'm just checking to see how this works. My breakfast was not all it should be. Buckwheat pancakes, but then I added maple syrup. Half hr. later was shaking slightly.
Happy Thursday!!
It let me in today
Not much planned today but housekeeping. And grocery shopping.

I'm posting this in hopes that the merge might happen by morning, maybe even before I wake up! http://boards.dietwatch.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif
On our Diabetes Board at Cyberdiet, we always have a daily "Rise 'N Shine" to get everybody up, moving, and motivated for the day. It's also a time for well wishes and for sharing that morning cup of coffee with one another. I'd like to continue that tradition here.
So come on in, sit down awhile, and sign in so I know you were here today. I've got the coffee brewing and there's plenty of juice and Diet Mountain Dew in the fridge. The morning paper is over there on the table.
A new day, a new beginning, a new home. I hope any visitors passing by will always feel free to drop in and share some time with us. We're all family now. Here's (((((hugs))))) to everyone!
