Making and posting weekend goals can help you have a more successful weekend knowing you got some important tasks accomplished. You can make as many or as few as you like, but I would hope at least some of them would be health-related. Here's mine:

1 - To measure and write down on paper everything I eat.

2 - To work on cleaning out my basement.

3 - To get my State income taxes done for both myself and my son.
