Thank you to all who introduced themselves in the prior topic post! I hope more will come along and do the same.
Are weekends tough for you to stay on your eating plan? Some people do well during the week but blow it on the weekends. I think I do better on the weekends because I've chosen Monday as my official weigh-in day and I know I'm going to be accountable early Monday a.m.! It keeps me a bit more disciplined.
I'm measuring my food and writing down everything I eat and so far today it's been a good weekend. I do the mini-meal plan where I eat very small amounts but almost grazing throughout the day..... eating maybe 8-10 times per day. There's always those 1-2 days per month that I struggle with having a ravenous appetite, but I'm past that time now.
How's everyone else getting along with their eating plans this weekend? Being successful? Or did a Valentine's Day celebration throw you off?
