Hey I got 10 pts for my loss 1.5 lb loss the first or second week...so 22 pts instead of 12 that makes us 212 to 215...a little closer, but still behind. Darn it.

Only 9 points on the week. Failed to meet my running goal (rain and a bad attitude combined!). On the up side, I hit 115 pounds over the weekend. (Of course, the loss was not visible on the scale Monday a.m. -- too much water retention from the Ibuprophen I'm taking for a stiff neck/shoulders.)

I worked my arms, abs, and did my cardio. I had one over calorie day, but did great the rest. I'm down 4 pounds but that's probably a result of 2 weeks and not just this one.

Total points for week three: 23

well, I basically got overwhelmed with work, the Jewish holidays, and local flooding due to Ivan last week. Assuming my week 3 goals were the same as week 2, I get 3 points for the week (1 food, 2 exercise).

I'll actively play again this week. (Hoping I can get to the Y which was inaccessible to me all weekend because of roads closed due to flooding!)

Weekly goal: At least 320 minutes of exercise logged. Yes, I did 342 minutes!

Daily goals: 50 minutes+ exercise and under 1500 calories (or 1350 on a rest day). On rest days, I can get my exercise point by exercising DS1 or DS3. (DS2 exercises himself!)

Only 11 points. Overate 2 days, and didn't exercise yesterday.

Total points for the week: 21

DAily: clean food and appropriate exercise accoring to my schedule.
