KSB... the danger isn't in the cake once it's cut... the real danger is the frosting bowl that gives you that "come hither smile". Hope you bought a cake instead... enjoy the birthday!
My plan is my same ole daytime foods... tonight it's filet mignon with steamed veggies & white chocolate covered strawberries..
now before anyone freaks... I do fruit even less than BIA... so I won't be touching them... it's just a little gesture for the tall guy since he has had to put up with some off the chart mood swings the last couple of weeks...
Not to mention I can't bear to have my chocolate contaminated with anything... especially something healthy like FRUIT!!!
This afternoon I am gonna finish cleaning my house... it has turned into a pit with my heavy paintload... if i had kids at home I'd call social services & turn myself in for having the most cluttered up pigsty in the history of cluttered up pig stys
so even though I do have things that need to be done and shipped out... I took one look at my project list, and once I realized there wasn't a single one that I could finish today... I gave myself the day off... and am having a perfectly wonderful time going room to room and cleaning the crap out of it!
Haven't worked out yet but will do that when I get to the downstairs family room in my cleaning...that's where the total gym & my other workout stuff is (not the hoop- that stays up here & handy in case I get the urge during the day)
HAPPY FRIDAY EVERYBODY!!!

Mara, enjoy your walk with your mom.
Janet, I too would eat 2 or 3 KKs if I abandoned myself to them.
I am OFF today, which is wonderful, except that DD didn't make the top two Premier soccer teams and we're not sure if they're having a third, so we're really sad at my house today.
But it is a gorgeous Seattle spring day, so lovely and I'm OFF work. http://boards.dietwatch.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif
My friend and I have a 6 mile walk planned for the afternoon, but other than that it's homework time.
Food (this is always harder at home) 1500 calories)
Will lift weights too.

Stay strong, kittimom. Your Friday is sounding like my Mondays.
My plan:
Food: 1300.
Water: As much as I can gag down.
Exercise: 15-min. abs. 30-minutes uppper and lower body weights. 15-minute walk with my mom. I have to get her "in training" for May's Race for the Cure.

JanetTX - You would have eaten THREE doughnuts? Really? Blech.
A KK only has between 200-220 (for a glazed anyway)
Do or do not, there is no try

HAPPY FRIDAY!!!
After this 3 hr conf. call listening to my customer NOT make a decision I am going to get in a 4 mile run with some new shoes. It's humid today so I'm going to have to bring my water bottle rather than use the fountains.
Glad I am working from home today...just got an e-mail that someone brought Krispy Kreme's into the office...that just saved me 600 calories http://boards.dietwatch.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_eek.gif
Clean food...High Fiber cereal for breakfast, Salad w/chicken for lunch...pasta for dinner, strawberries and cantelope for snack 1400 calories.
Water, water, water. My hamstrings are tight so lots of yoga stretches tonight...keep working on that flexibility.

It is hard working late in the evenings Kitti. On Thursday nights I never get home before 9:00 and I want to eat the house down but I know if I sit down to a meal and ten go to bed I may as well duct tape that meatloaf and potaotes to my outer thighs and save my mouth the trouble! SO i usually have a bigger snack at about 4:00 and a small something when I come home...you will work out your routine eventually.
WHat is this BIA?? Fruit???? Must be love http://boards.dietwatch.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_wink.gif
I'm eating clean today. My stomach is still jittery but I can tolerate applesauce and that sort of stuf at least. If I never see another saltine cracker I will be happy!!!
Short workout later,weights and abs.
Drinking water to get rid of those foul critters upseting my tummy!

Good luck, Kitti! As long as you're paying attention, and not getting sucked into habitual behavior, I know you'll stay on track.
My day is pretty same old, same old. Had a 4-mile recovery run and a yoga class this morning. Deli's flaking out on the tuna again, so I've substituted a toasted bagel with lo-fat cream cheese and fruit (!?!?!?) with my coffee.
No challenges foreseen for the day, though I confess I'm tired of gray weather and snowflakes outside my window. I won't complain though ... a few flying snowflakes is much better than the 4-7 inch accumulation we were threatened with by the forecast!

Finally Friday - turning into my least favorite day of the week. i work from 12:30 - 9:30 every week. urgle!
cats woke me up at 2:30 - have been up since. hope to catch a nap before work today, or i'll be a hurting puppy!
have to stay clean on food, drink more water. wear my ped-o-meter. and DO NOT EAT DINNER WHEN I GET HOME AT 10:00 tonight. this is going to be a tough one, cuz i get home tired and hungry. and dh cooks every night while i'm working, to be sweet, but he's going to fatten me back up instead! (his secret evil plot, but that's another story... http://boards.dietwatch.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_rolleyes.gif

i'm taking my dinner with me, and i'm staying on my plan! that's my story, and i'm sticking to it!
