I'll try to get around to answering this. Maybe tomorrow.

I try to find some balance with this one. For many years, I burned the candle on both ends and put way too much pressure on myself. Now... am almost the opposite. There really is a fine line there. So what I need to work on is managing to find some balance with all of this. For me I guess I manage it by asking myself what really is most important here? It is all about choices. ~ Penny

I really find that I feel better when I don't procrastinate, however, I tend to let things pile up that I don't want to do (including the pounds sometimes)and distract myself with nonessential stuff. It's a constant struggle.

How do you manage procrastination? Ahhh, my best laid plans can go awry. I tend to work better under pressure, if the count down is on then I am on and just plow through the projects. However, if I don't have anything pressing then I just putts along. I think the reason is that once I am out of work, I am crashing due to being tired and under all the pressure. As a result I can fall asleep at a moments notice or just be "lumpish" not a good way to live. http://boards.dietwatch.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_eek.gif

Procrastination has always been one of my worst failings. I have the worst time getting myself
motivated to get even some simple administrative type things done, or to start a new exercise program that will help me.
I know that I feel so much better if I tackle them, and do get them done, but it is the starting that is tough! http://boards.dietwatch.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_eek.gif

I usually put a 'must do' activity on my calendar, and with today's software, it turns red to remind me that I haven't done it yet. At least that gets me going though. Isn't it awful to have to have some external pressure to get going? http://boards.dietwatch.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_rolleyes.gif
