I did record all my food while I was away, and when I entered it just now, I realized that I had stuck pretty close to my meal plans! On only one day was I over the allotted counts and that was only by about 80 calories.

penny I do like Curves. I am quite annoyed that work has interfered way too much this week with my exercise schedule. THAT WILL CHANGE!!!
What I like is that you change around between machines that all have some kind of resistance training for different muscles, with aerobic acivity in between.
I like that you work to your own level - monitored by pulse rate, to increase or decrease intensity. (at first I had to keep decreasing intensity 'cause my heart rate was going to high - I was quite out of shape - it's getting better now.)
I like the cameraderie that develops with people that you see regulary. It's fun to see them, to meet new people & to be with "real" people. Younger, older, lighter heavier, - we are all there for the same reason. It's non judgemental & becoming fun. - (not like a parrty fun, or a movie fun- but a feeling better every day fun.)
I'm really glad that I joined - the minimum is 3 times a week recommended to make adifference, but I've been going 4 & 5 times a week - just 'cause I am enjoying how I feel.
I will get back on track next week - "come hell or high water" (I only went 2 days this past week, with Monday being Victoria day & the work week I had)

SandySue I was like that last week too when I did not feel well, but now that my appetite is back I am having a hard time not making up for it!!! That is why I knew I had to be consistent with tracking my foods this week.
Yvonne Do you like Curves? Everyone I know who joins seem to like it. Well none of us really 'like' that we have to exercise, lol, but they seem to feel it really helps them. I have a friend my age who recently joined and her weight had been stuck for a long time. She is moving off pounds and inches now and really thrilled with it!!

I've drink most of my water at this point, will finish up before bed.
I expect to get to curves tomorrow. (for day#1)
I have had trouble logging in food today, so I'm not absolutely sure about the 1300 cals, but with what I've eaten today I should be fine.
- I logged the intake this moring - I stayed in bounds. - I won't make curves this morning - I'm on call & have to check my work account periodically - can't stray this morning. Next week looks more normal

I recorded all my food, and kept my calories in check by bringing half of my penne primavera home in a doggie bag.
I could eat more since I walked and worked out at Expressfit. However, I don't feel well due to my cold, so why bother?

Great day here. Stuck with my calories, have a snack planned for this evening.
Walked to miles with Leslie Sansone today too http://boards.dietwatch.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif
