Hi Sant!!!!! I BEGGED my son not to bring me any chocolates. But I tasted some he brought for himself. And the most amazing taste was the Belgian equivalent of what we here and in Germany know as Nutella. Oh MY GOSH!!!!!

Anyway, about the diary: I did not write things down and now I regret that even after it becomes available again, I won't have a record of what I ate. TODAY, I am keeping a record, diary or not. Be good to yourself. HUGS

I wasn't able to get into the diary (or DW itself) for a couple of days last week.
<UL TYPE=SQUARE><LI>Are you able to get to the My Plan page itself?
<LI>If you do, does it reflect what meal plan you have signed up for?
<LI>Are you able to delete any items showing on the page?
<LI>Are you able to report items - e.g. glasses of water
<LI>Are you able to access the data base for any food items showing on your meal plan (either for a list of replacements or to see the nutrition details)?
<LI>Are you able to get the pop-up window to add items?[/list]
If you are able to do everything except report items and access the data base for alterations or additions, then you need to determine the following:
<UL TYPE=SQUARE>
<LI>What are your Internet Options? Specifically do you have all the Java options checked? See the troubleshooting guide for an example of what you should have checked. (I will email you the report I sent to Tech support for an example)
<LI>Do you use a firewall program on your PC? If so, what is it set to block?
<LI>Do you use an Ad Blocker program? Sometimes these programs filter out pop-up windows such as the one that launches the java application that accesses the database.

I am asking this here, just as a chat subject. I DID also post it on the Tech Board.

Is it just my turn? In recent days/weeks I had heard people mentioning that they couldn't get into the diary. I could. Now I have not been able to get in since Friday 4/25, at home or at work. But other people say here on the boards that they don't have a problem. Is it a certain territory? Like Midwest on Tuesdays??? LOL Or is it just my turn? Four days is a long time!!!
