I threw the jeans away. You know how they get worn in the upper thigh cuz your legs rub together? yuck. i don;t need to buy new ones yet, because I still have a pile in the closet to keep trying on.
I did though buy 2 new pairs of shorts in a smaller size for when i got to Mexico in May. Also, a couple of tank tops for showing off my new arms. So that is incentive......
Yesterday I tried my new abs tape "Quick Fit Abs". Boy do I feel that one today. Does anyone have any good aerobics tapes they recommend? I don't like Denise Austin, something about her bugs me. I like Leslie Sansome walking tapes but I feel the need to step it up a notch.

Hi all you challengers!!! I am still here but I thought that you had all deserted me! I am running 5 miles a day and weight lifting so I am getting -6-- to -700 calorie deficit in daily.
I agree throw those jeans away and buy some new ones. Congratulations to all of you for your accomplishments and keep up the good work.

Yay Skelso. Allllright. Take the old jeans to the Good Will. Trust yourself. Absolutely believe that you will NEVER again wear them. My closet is slowly emptying out.
Diane, I'm here cheering you on. Hope the others check in also, even if they fell off for a while. We need to all get together again to support each other.

I'm back from vacation and hope this board gets back into full swing again. The challenges and the terrific support by the challengers helped me stick to my plan all through Jan. and the beginning of February. Let's hear from everyone.

I'm still here but not reading the posts as often. Tomorrow I'll get cardio workout #3 in for this week, plus I got an new abs tape I need to try out.
Tonight I got into 2 pairs of jeans I haven't worn for at least a year!!! Woo Hoo.

Lori - I miss your kicking us into gear each morning.
We are doing a challenge this month of 3 days of a 500 calorie deficit and 3 days of cardio a week. Anyone still going for it? We still have today, Sat & Sun before we need to weigh in and report on Monday, so we can still do this. Somehow, it seems the original purpose of this board is disappearing, so anyone still up for the challenge please give a "hello".
